We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable at Radialsystem. To help us make our venue and events as barrier-free as possible, we welcome suggestions and feedback on accessibility at: barrierefreiheit@radialsystem.de.

You can purchase tickets for our events at the ticket office in the foyer, via our webshop, and at all standard advance ticket outlets.

People with disabilities receive a discounted ticket. Companions of visitors with disabilities receive a free ticket. If you have a physical impairment, please notify us in advance if you will be coming with a companion and/or require a designated accessible parking space. Contact the ticket office by phone at +49 (0)30 288 788 588 or by email at ticket@radialsystem.de.

Remaining tickets, if available, are sold about 30 minutes before the performance at the ticket office for €3 to holders of a valid Berlin-Ticket S authorization (formerly “berlinpass”). Special and external events are excluded - please contact our ticket office for details.

The evening box office opens one hour before each event. Tickets sold there are valid only for that performance.

There are numerous bicycle racks on and in front of the Radialsystem grounds. The bicycle path on Holzmarktstraße has been newly upgraded and runs directly past the entrance.

Radialsystem is accessible via S-Bahn, bus, regional and long-distance trains through Ostbahnhof. It is about a 5-minute walk from the station.

Two accessible parking spaces are available on the Radialsystem grounds. To reserve a space, contact our visitor service by phone at +49 (0)30 288 788 588 or email ticket@radialsystem.de. Additional parking is available at Ostbahnhof.

A pick-up service from Ostbahnhof to Radialsystem can also be booked in advance via the same contact details.

Barrier-free access to all event spaces (except the Deck) is ensured. An accessible restroom can be found in the foyer. In case of evacuation, two Evac Chairs are available, and our staff is trained to operate them.

An accessible restroom is located on the ground floor, accessible via the foyer.

During our artistic events, all restrooms at Radialsystem are gender-neutral. They are marked with pictograms for seated and/or standing toilets. Please note that in the restroom next to the entrance to Saal, access to the cubicles leads directly past the urinals.

Two Evac Chairs are available on the upper floors in case of evacuation. Our staff is trained in to use them.

Whenever possible during our artistic events, a quiet room is provided – a space for anyone who wishes to withdraw for any reason. The room offers seating and a calm atmosphere to rest, reflect, or process the experience. The room is accessible.

Earplugs for noise protection are available at the ticket office – please speak to our team if required.

Early boarding to the event space is usually available for anyone – especially people with visible or invisible disabilities – who needs extra time or specific seating. Please speak to our front-of-house staff to arrange early boarding.

We regularly offer audio descriptions and tactile tours at our artistic events. Audio Description: A live audio track delivered via headset by a professional describer for visitors with visual impairments, conveying important visual details of the performance. Tactile Tours: 20–30-minute guided sessions before the performance, allowing visitors with visual impairments to explore the space, performers, costumes, props, and key movement elements through touch and movement.
