Tickets for concerts and events at Radialsystem can either be purchased directly at the box office in the foyer of the houseand via this website. Exceptionally tickets will be sold at different locations.

Opening Hours Ticket Office
Monday – Friday, 10 am – 7 pm
Saturday: 10.30 am – 5 pm

The ticket office will be available only by phone and email on the following days:
June 23, and 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets can always be purchased online in our webshop.

For evening performances, the box office opens one hour before the show. Only tickets for the particular show at the evening will be sold at that time.

On days with closed events, our ticket office may only be reachable by phone or email. Thank you for your understanding.

Tickets reserved by telephone should be picked up within ten days of ordering, or at the latest one day before the performance. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. The tickets can be picked up directly at the box office of Radialsystem during the opening hours above.

Online Tickets
Online tickets are sent directly after purchase via email as digital tickets (print@home and mobile ticket). A printout is not required; the ticket can also be presented digitally.

Reduced Tickets
People qualified for price reductions are students, young people doing voluntary civil service or military service, welfare recipients, and recipients of unemployment services I/II. Persons with disabilities who require an accompanying person receive a discounted ticket and can book a free accompanying ticket by sending an email to ticket@radialsystem.de or by telephone on 030 288 788 588.

Entrance is granted only upon presentation of identification.

Holders of the Tanzcard receive a discount. The Tanzcard grants discounts at 30 venues in Berlin and Potsdam and can be ordered here for €15.

Wheelchair Spaces
To ensure availability of wheelchair spaces, we kindly ask you to register in advance. Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are available on the Radialsystem premises. Further information on accessibility can be found here.

Seating
For most events at Radialsystem, seating is unassigned. However, short-notice seat allocations by our staff may occur. Rearranging or combining chairs is not permitted.

Visiting with Children
Children require their own ticket as soon as they occupy their own seat.

Admission
Tickets will not be refunded or replaced in the event of late arrival or non-attendance. Late admission can only be granted depending on the performance and is not guaranteed.

Exchange and Refunds
Tickets purchased through our ticket shop are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Lost and Found
We generally store found items for up to six months. Please contact our ticket office or visit during our opening hours.
