Ask a Choreographer - Deva Schubert

Deva Schubert is a dancer and choreographer and lives in Berlin. She studied dance and choreography as well as visual arts. In her work she deals with the dynamics of interactions - in particular through the use of different technologies as a performative medium at the interface between installations, digital media and performances that combine dance and voice. 2018-2020 she was an artistic member of the Creative Europe project Moving Digits. In 2020 she was nominated for the International DanceWEB Scholarship. She is currently researching the connection between AI and culture as part of Link-Masters for the development of the project Patterns in between Interlligeces, supported by the Volkswagen Foundation.
