Rental
All spaces of RADIALSYSTEM V can be rented for your event. We will be glad to help you choose a room or rooms most suited to your needs.
In the run-up to and on the day of your event, we will provide you a personal assistant from the house. For technical questions, we will also provide a technician to assist you with the set-up and dismantling during your event.
We have no fixed prices for the rental of our rooms. Instead, we will provide you an individual offer upon request which can also include technology, catering and staff if desired.
Gastronomy/ Catering
Gastronomy is an integral part of RADIALSYSTEM
V. Apart from the café bar in the foyer
we can also provide catering for your event,
be it a simple coffee break, lunch or reception.
We can provide an individual
offer upon request.
For larger catering needs,
we can recommend one of our gastronomic
partners. RADIALSYSTEM V is not exclusively
connected to a specific caterer.
Technology
RADIALSYSTEM V has a basic inventory of light
and sound technology available. Based on your requirements we will provide you an individual offer upon request. We can also
recommend providers of lighting and sound
services with the choice of the provider is
yours.
Staff
Upon request, we can provide additional staff
for wardrobe, cleaning and security. Of course you are
also welcome to bring your own staff for your
event.
