The transformation of an industrial age building into a production center for art and culture was made possible through financing by a private investor. RADIALSYSTEM V GmbH, founded in 2005, is the sole renter and operator of the house. Jochen Sandig and Folkert Uhde are equally responsible for artistic direction and operation.
