The Radial Stiftung is part of the "Radial System"
and was founded in 2006 as a foundation under German civil
law. The visionary notion of a providing space for cross-genre
artistic performance forms is in need, now more than ever,
of a stable foundation of commitment and engagement without
the daily financial pressures of a privately-financed cultural
institution. With the help of donations and endowment contributions
to the Radial Stiftung we hope to create a sustainable financial
network to serve the principle of creative dialogue.
The Radial Stiftung supports exemplary artistic productions
from and between the art forms of dance, music and visual
arts. Moreover, the foundation aims to contribute to the
creative development of people of all ages and from all
walks of life with the help of integrative artistic educational
projects. A special focus is placed on projects that explore
the principle of dialogue. The Radial Stiftung supports
RADIALSYSTEM V as an exemplary platform for exchange, but
it is also active in other venues in Berlin and is planning
to go international in the future.
